Praise God for his mercy, grace and love towards me. My heart has been at different times like these various kinds of bad soil. I pray that the Lord will continue to shape me into who he has called me to be and transform my heart ❤️

but Pastor.. i was all the first 3 grounds. until God gave me a new heart and caused me to be born again... not by my own effort.. then only the seeds got to a good soil... i still have worries of this world.. sometimes i am still stubborn.. i dont always think about the kingdom of God.. but i have roots now.. all praises to God.. i would have not and i could not decide for my heart to be a good ground... God by His mercy gave it.

Thank you. Yes, all Glory goes to God. Only God is good in our weakness and humility. We also forget that it is a process, a transformation that ebbs and flows. And although we may not see it now God uses the bad for the good we just have to be patient. Hallelujah. All my love for you God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

Same here! Conspiracy theories actually led me to Christ while doing research. I was caught up in the lies of the media,chemtrails, 5g, CERN, Mk ultra, vaxxines, ect…which led me to spiritual warfare and demons. Never felt any peace. Thinking I had to do this and do that. Never really calling out to God. Finally the Holy Spirit led me out of there to the Bible. This is now where I spend my time is in the word. . But I do get caught up in the thorns from time to time. Especially when I hear what’s happening in the fake news or watch teLIEvision. 😅

The seeds that were planted on rocky grounds and among thorns, that means, It is God's will for everyone to be saved, God wants everyone to hear His words. the one whose sewing the words was not at all careless, God wants His words to be in everyone. So we, as christians, have to shine our light on those rocky groans. Jesus said to Peter, that Peter will be fisher of men. Peter will gather all kinds of fish meaning, peopl and Jesus will sort them out later. It is our job to spread the gospel among thorns and rocky grounds, where sinners like to hang out. Rocky ground also means where people are very hard hard and shallow really don't care for God's words therefore they don't care about their lives. Thorns also explain the people who are very mean and heartfall to everyone, hard hearted. That is why God wants us to spread the gospel there. Because they need to hear it. But God is the one who changes the people's minds and hearts. God is the one who creates the growth.

Who is the sower? The Father? The Son? Any disciple? Which ground is saved? Is it significant that Jesus is telling the parable to believing Jews?
@billspink64093 жыл бұрын
The true significance is that Jesus explains that He is preaching to everyone in parables to not make a truth more clear but to conceal the truth. By preaching this parable He is pronouncing judgment on people. That is why he explains the parable in private to his disciples. Because to whom much is given much is expected. So to answer your question about is this significant that He is preaching it to Jews, yes that has huge significance but in the sense that He is hiding the truth so that only those with ears to hear and eyes to see will understand.
