It was very moving, indeed. I had the sense that the extraordinarily complex fictional world these terrific actor inhabited for a decade was an intense and life changing event in their lives. This was reflected in the chapel scene, where they were gathered together not for a reunion as actors, but a warm farewell to an extraordinary creative achievement. I don't think anyone who has viewed every episode will ever forget these amazing characters or the brilliant actors who brought them to life (and back to life in some cases). Lost is a milestone in television history.

I just rewatched the whole thing on Amazon Prime. First time since it was first on. I think somebody one day will make a sequel. There are still unanswered questions. What happened to the people who flew off the island? What did Hurley, Ben and Walt do with their time on the island? What happened to the babies of the main characters, Clair, Sawyer, Desmond, Sun/Jin???

You're an idiot. Originally it was supposed to be Michael Keaton playing Dr. Shepherd, FOR ONE EPISODE IN WHICH HE WOULD B E KILLED OFF. Once the test audience tested positively toward Jack, Michael Keaton didn't want to do a series, so they re-cast it (thankfully) to Matthew Fox.
