The person who clicked thumbs down is a person in denial, a person who is still waiting to find the right person to reach out to them, to tell them this song is true, that Jesus & God will heal ther pain and brokenness and won'tlet them be hurt anymore. Sometimes you have to understand that yes, there are people who are hurting more than others ... they are seeking answers or seeking other options. I stumbled into this song, and I pray I can see who these silent people are because they all need someone to pray for them.

This song put words to my hearts cry to God and my prayer for 2013. After suffering from eating disorders for 15 yrs, I finally began a slow recovery 7 yrs ago. I am finally getting to a better place. I am from the UK and there was no mercy ministries or similar program for me when I was first struggling. It was just me, my bible and God. I didn't even know I had a problem or that I could get help. I am so grateful. "Jesus help me start a new life, I wanna be moved into my future my your mercy!"

This song helps as a reminder when those painful childhood memories start to flood and the pain feels fresh. The desire to have faith is all I want in these moments. Though I know the pain will fade again there's this potential for that pain to become so destructive in my life. Makes me so very thankful for God's mercy when I get caught in the undertow, knowing he is there dressing me in mercy, pursuing my heart, never alone because the great I AM is with me and has always been.

This song has helped me tremendously I was abused all the way from 5 years old to 14 and really not knowing if God cared or if God was listening to my prayers to help me I prayed so many nights Jesus take me away from this place and nothing ever happened until I turn 14 and spoke up Jesus answers prayers in time in his time not ours abuse trauma neglect all of these that as children had to go through it's horrible and terrible but God is a good God just because people want to do evil and have evil desires does not mean that God is evil what man meant for evil God will turn into good we just need to turn to God and take care of him all of our weary and stress I can't say enough how many sleepless nights I've had how many painful memories and dreams of nightmares but God is just no matter the pain

Little back story about this song... this song was written by a girl who graduated from Mercy Multiplied. I was also a girl you graduated. It's a home that girls from 14-27 can go to for all sorts of things... suicidal tendencies, anorexia, recovering addiction, women who have sold their bodies, women who have aborted or had planned to abort... so much more! It's a place where young girls can find hope when most of their lives they have only known darkness. This song helped me so much while I was there for 8 months.

One of my questions to humans in general. Why is it that Universe/Source/God continually gets the blame for death or taking humans from the life they have known but rarely is credited for sustaining life.. Or sustaining anything that is relevant. When all credit for human life never would even be an option without Source... Humans should atart realizing their own life choices have more to do with their health or lack thereof. Change is not easy but it is worth it.
