It seems they will never be happy - whatever you do - however patient you are with them. You assume they are happy to be with you, and to your amazement or shock you discover quite the opposite; You can't force them to open up...if they don't want to or cannot.. omg! You are so right! My husband had an affair telling her he had been unhappy for 7 or 8 years! AND you're so right about them not opening up! You cannot force nor even coerce him if he can't or won't open up. It's a very destructive thing.

I had in mind couples who are not "" OFFICIALLY " couples - where the relationship can be strengthened or salvaged if the man is able to open up. I'm terribly sorry for you .Especially if it happened after so long a period. I am not a therapist nor a friend of yours, but the first thing that would come to mind would have been "What did I do ......etc., " I am NOT condoning your man's behaviour. Just hoping he might open up to you cos this could happen again..and again ...and again. God bless. 💖

@Matthew Coast If you can make a short talk on what it means when a man french kisses you for roughly over 20mins straight (seemed like an eternity). I'm 38 and I've french kissed many times before but I have NEVER had a french kiss session lol that lasted that long. I mean It was AMAZING and it felt so great but eventually we needed water lol. He works at the gym I’ve been going for 4.5yrs, he has been employed for 2.5, we recently confessed weve liked each other about 2months ago he since the first day he met me and I about a year ago 🤭we’ve been “hanging out” since. Anyhow, this is how it went, we were watching a movie and I got up to use the restroom when I returned as I was sitting down he grab me by my wrist pulled me to the couch laid me down got on top of me and what I now will call the kiss of eternity began 😅🤭 it could have been 25mins, 30mins idk it was so long, never been kissed for such a long period of time and we didn’t even catch breath or did we but were to into it that we didn’t realize 🤔😅 I need answers 🙏🏽 and why would a guy do this, is he catching feelings, did we find a way to breath through each other 😳 or was it a comfort thing that allows us to kiss each other for that long, or is this normal and I haven’t experience this until now, I’m I reading too much into it and he simply just likes kissing? 🤔 the kiss was very passionate and gentle.
