Love that you're doing these acoustic covers Matt. Here are some things I've noticed listening to your videos more frequently recently. I feel like your vocals don't have very much high end in the mix. Not sure if you have them cut or if it's just from the sound profile of the SM7B. This was especially apparent in "until the world goes cold". The acoustic guitar really outshines the vocals and they don't cut through very well. You also sound squashed at times. Noticeable especially when you are singing loudly. I've used these same headphones to listen to the originals a ton so it's just my observation and may not mean anything to anyone. haha. Thanks again for the years and years of awesome music. Been listening since around 04 and miss seeing you guys live.
