Excellent video, one of the best I seen on seat cover install. Especially like you showed the seat cushioning . Those Rav4 seats are hard as rocks. Also I bought those rear all weather cover rubber mats. No body has showed what to do with seat covers. I thought I would have to remove it. Been looking at seat covers since January when I bought my Rav4. Will buy the EKRS. Thanks.

Hello Mr. Melton, I purchased these for my 2024 toyota rav4 xle hybrid, I'm having trouble with the driver seat bottom, not fitting snug towards the center storage console, did you run into that issue aswell?

Hi Alex, No mine are tight. Just take the elastic piece with the zip tie attached to it and hook it up under the seat on the frame and it will tighten it up. Plus go back and retighten everything up more because my covers fit tight like a glove. Everyone I showed mine to cannot tell that they are seat covers. Hope this helps! Please LIKE & SUBSCRIBE.

It took me about 2.5 hours working alone to install these on an XLE. One thing to be aware of - in the video he clips the back of the driver’s seat cover underneath early in the install process. In reality you should do this as the last step in installing on the front seats, otherwise you will need to keep undoing it. Also, fitting the cover on the driver’s seat was trickier for an XLE because the seat base has a lot under it for the powered seat adjustment. So there is not much to clip the elastic to on the console side, and it was a bit more difficult running the straps underneath. Also, you need to tuck the front of the cover into the hard plastic that surrounds the bottom of the XLE drivers seat and then pull it from below. For the rear cargo mat that goes up against the back of the rear seat, I stuck Velcro strips to the back of the seat cover to hold the mat in place. I have read folks in the southern US say the Velcro won’t keep sticking to the seat cover in that heat, but I am in New England so hopefully it will hold. Video stops in between pause and restarts with something fast forwarded....whatever you are doing underneath the front seats is unclear to understand....this is not easy installation and not anyone can do it..only easy part is head rest install and rear seat instal the seat that pulls out of car

Thanks for the video. I was looking at these as we have a 2021 Honda CRV. I got a set from a cheap company that are just junk. So was going to get these for my wife. But wanted to make sure they are worth it. I wasted a $180 on the set from the other company, didn't want to make the same mistake twice. This video sold me on this set! Hello Mr. melton, Thank you very much for the great video. -I have a 2024 Toyota RAV 4 XLE AWD and before I spill my first coffee, or have my Dog in there, I’ve been looking for seat covers, and there are so many choices. -Your video has made my choice, and I went to the EKR site, they claim they don’t have a seat system for my 2024. They do say there is one for a 2023. I even tried putting in the model # you used. -“Amazon has them for a 2024” (no model #)but then when you scroll down it has a window that says it doesn’t fit my car. I’m guessing that’s an error since there hasn’t been a model change. It will be safer to order from Amazon with their easy returns Unfortunately, I probably won’t be able to use your coupon code, but i’ll try. -Question: in the past, the drivers seat pulling up and the seat shifting has been a problem. Do you feel that the seat will stay secure in the long term? Confusing installation...when you install just the top seat cover back rest part...how you are pulling something from the bottom of the seat..if its just the back rest cover that you have installed...from where did you get the elastic part from bottom of the seat ? Is that part of the cover or it is part of original seat ?

In canada Rav4 comes with front heated seats ...by installing this thick leather seat covers the heated seats wont give you any heat

I have installed, universal seat covers several times before but never fitted seat covers like the EKR seat covers. Besides my girlfriend helped do a lot of the work installing them in my RAV4. I'm not sure what your insinuating.
