So pleasing to hear about the science behind compassion meditation from such a practised meditator as Riccard. Gere adeptly guides the interview to the importance of intent & courage, allowing the author of Altruism to challenge some misconceptions about the human mind & elucidate on how the actual brain can change - hopefully a practice used for the betterment of our common humanity.
