i think date annotations and references to world maps would really help to explain long timeframe events like this, but maybe that's just me seeing as i'm a real visual learner

I think WoW itself should implement the latter, like say in the DK intro cutscene they should say "It is the Year 26" and show Arthas' and Silver Hands' forces on the map etc, I think stuff like that would help players learn lore from the game instead of having to read it online

+Garudabr Yeah in the Old Hillsbrad instance in Caverns of Time you can see a Kel'Thuzad talking to a human Helcular in South Shore. Its pretty neat

When Cata dropped, Hillsbrad became a Horde questing zone. I might later do videos combining quest lore lost when the Cata revamp hit. :)

I play WotLK Classic. I refuse to acknowledge anything past WotLK end content. Instead of a slow progress in the WoW world, the whole place was turned upside down with Cata. 🤢 What a waste of potential. I must add, the best time I had In WoW since WotLK ended was the pre-patch for Shafowlands when we went back to Northrend and played current content in the Icecrown area. It was beautiful. It made me smile from ear to ear. The servers were as busy as they were back in 2008 😄
