Excellent video with nice bikes . I haven't had any close calls in the mountains , but this guy I'd ride with did. We'd go to Denver on the sport bikes and put the bikes to the test , at one point we weren't going very fast , he was maybe a block ahead of me , I seen white smoke . Turns out a black BMW hit his brakes and so did this dude , this dude said it was the cars fault , going into his lane . No many people are as good as they think till the test comes , I myself learned that a bike will quickly go into the other lane if the curve is too sharp . I know , learn the rode first . I really like Denver's mountains , it's a beauty out there

A 1978 mud-and-rock slide took out a 4.4-mile chunk of the mountain highway about 27 miles north of Azusa, leaving a gap between State Route 39 and its more famous cousin, State Route 2, better known as Angeles Crest Highway. In 2011,Cal Trans had 32 million set aside to re-connect Hwy 39 to Hwy 2. Before construction was to begin, Cal Trans allocated the funds to repair a bridge on California Hwy 1 in northern California.

That looks all kinds of fun. I recently acquired my first bike after having moved to Florida. I WAS in Idaho...in Idaho there's twisty mountain and canyon roads all over the place, but work necessitated a move to Florida, which is literally flatter than Kansas. Nothin but straight flat boring roads through straight flat boring countryside. I need to get back out west pronto.
@aaronrushfit7 жыл бұрын
TwoGun Gunnar there's a road in east TN that goes to NC that is a great ride called the Dragon. Like the one in this video there's a ton of kids who think they're on fast and furious which includes some sports bikers. It's full of tight turns but also amazing views.
@twogungunnar94567 жыл бұрын
Yeah I've heard of it. It's renowned as one of the most dangerous 11-mile stretches of road in the world. I'd love to ride it one day.
@aaronrushfit7 жыл бұрын
TwoGun Gunnar yeah it can definitely be dangerous. It's still a great drive in a car as well even if you want to drive it before riding just to get comfortable with the turns. Some of them are very tight.

@jaquenthlamonte56837 жыл бұрын
He mentions the difference of the fairings between BatWing and Road Glide and other in many of his videos. They are great on any bike especially at highway speeds, rainy weather and long rides. If researching for possible purchase, browse Matt's videos since he has done a review on many models. If you have your MC endorsement, just visit any HD dealership to test ride any. They want you to test ride. If I lived closer to Matt's dealership, I would definitely being doing business with him. Good luck in your search and see you on the road.
