I never saw lower than 7% for the 20 odd years it took to pay off my mortgage,my neighbor across the road had a high risk farm loan and they were charging him 23%, inevitability he lost the farm, imagine trying to pay that, I realize dollar values were lower then.

Yep could be interesting to see what happens with these rates and the level of immigration we're looking at when paired with the highly regulated building environment
