Mike, if you used a snap-on scanner tool, for example to put the ACD unit into a service mode that will trigger the pump into diagnostic mode to purge the air. With all the variety of cars Matty owns and will own, it wouldn't be a bad idea for the shop to have their own scanner tool with the full software package.

For bleeding the ACD if you don't have Evoscan software you need a bleed box really, this activates the solenoids to purge the system of air. The pump gets air locked so the pressure switch never sees any pressure and, therefore, won't open the solenoids so that fluid can flow through and bleed out of the nipples. You can unscrew the pressure switch from the pump and then prime the pump using the throttle method. You will hear loads of frothy oil come out of the hole then followed by a lot of oil, it's best to only undo it halfway so it 'bleeds' and then re-tighten Now the pressure switch cavity and pump are full of oil, not air.

The lower control arms in the back and just about every control arm need to be tightened in 'normal position' what I normally do before start with car on the ground I measure the distance between centre of the hub and wheel arch then i jack the wheel up whenever I need tightening. That means you bushing is not twisted whenever your car is on the ground as that leads to very fast failure of the bushings.

Mike! The ACD is weird on these cars, so try bleeding it again the same way I told you last time, then disconnect the battery for 20-30 sec, then reconnect it and see if that solves it! I've done this a couple times when my ACD lights comes on and that has typically solved the issue for me. It could also be the throttle position sensor, but I highly doubt it since the car is stock.

Might want to drive the car for a day to see what it does and doesn’t do. Get a baseline. Mitsubishi built that car after decades of rally racing. Too many changes at once can get murky. I’d suggest waiting on the fuel rail and regulator. The stock rail is plenty for your goals with a set of injectors.The stock rail is dampened and quiet. Aftermarket is not. I’m super picky and noticed it right away on my own car . The front sway bar is fine unless you’re doing auto x and dialing each end in for tenths. There are a few guys that rebuild and tune the acd pump . English racing might be able to point you in the right direction. Top off the tcase now that the car has been driven. It can give a false full level and burn up the ring and pinion.

Dont bother with all these manual bleed methods. Theyre 50/50 at best. It needs to be done properly electronically via diagnostic. Even take it to mitsubishi to plug in their diagnostic to kick off the correct process electronically

Explain how this is a "Beater" build. The entire undercarriage is clean af w/ brand new parts. The trunk is cleaner than my bathroom and the body is straight. Not one aspect of this Evo qualifies as a beater.

Spare tire is only good for a rear tire replacement dose not fit the front do to the brake caliper so its a 50-50 chance so might as well send it

Well if you have a flat in the front you just gotta swap a good rear wheel/tire up to the front... Then put the spare in the rear.
