This is a cool project, so much natural light available too which I feel like is not too common with garage spaces. The raised roof in the center is going to provide great lighting and make this a nice place to hang and work. Also, enjoy the thought put into the placement of the wash bay to always be shaded!

I think I would have cut a little L shape wood piece to hang over the top of the level, that extended down exactly 3.25” below the level, instead of having to try to hold up and read the tape measure above the floor leveler. Doing great Mike and Mike!

Mike I think one good spot for you to get into is Lake Tahoe, north shore such as Truckee/tahoe city/ Incline village nv I live an hour from the area on the CA side. Some homes are over 15M and 👆. Lots of deep pockets with excess $$$
