@@inahole2678 I don't think a given position is automatically a flop. What if on this track and this track only, Mercedes come back like they did in Canada but also McLaren are faster. Then Max ends up P3 with the 3rd slowest car. I don't think that would be a flop. So really, it depends. Finishing less than what his car is capable of would be a flop imo. If RBR is fastest in Austria, than finishing P2 is a flop. If McLaren is faster like they were in Spain and Canada, than P2 is acceptable. If both McLaren and Mercedes are faster, than P3 is acceptable.

Tommy made a good call with a RB team flop. Max is on his last engine and control unit already so there will be a certain amount of tactics at play as to where he can risk a new engine penalty and be on a track where he can overtake quickly. Here and Silverstone are not those tracks so some damage limitation will be at play and I dont think Max will be running his last remaining engine at full wick.
