I've had to dig holes for powerline poles in that crap. You have to put a steel casing down and dig inside it or you'll eventually have a 10 ft wide crater that's only a couple of feet deep. I absolutely hate dry sand

Loved the way Matt asked Rhett what his thoughts were on how to solve the situation, despite probably knowing the best option himself the whole time. Good leaders allow people opportunities to succeed and even to fail, but in that event, to learn why. These guys are simply great people.

Rhett figuring out the four wheel drive problem is what allowed them to get it out with a lot less hassle. The owners probably would've gotten it out just fine if they would've figured out the four wheel drive issue; they just needed a Rhett to figure it out for them! And Matt allowing Rhett to figure it out himself just shows what a great Dad/teacher he is.

Also, the evening may have brought a bit of moisture to the sand, and improved traction. I suspect if they went to get it at 5 in the morning, it would have been better traction.

I started watching this channel because it was a no BS channel, about someone who knows how to do his job and did it in an entertaining way. Matt always finds a way to get the job done. Matt made a good point about the tires being bald. I had a 1984 Ramcharger that had bald tires and I was able to pull people out of the soft sand when I lived in Arizona. There was a sandy area next to a Carl's Jr that people thought was a good place to park. I would try to warn them that it's not a good place to go but they wouldn't listen.I was charging $50 to get them out. I was making some good money. I would hang out there after work around dinner time when it was busy.

I love the fact he figures things out with the 4x4 and communicating with the team. He has been definitely raised well. I would love to see more Rhett on Matt’s recovery team! Well done!!

He's a pretty funny, clever little dude. Hopefully more of him on the channel in the future.

Vary awesome indeed. Nice job on getting the 4wheeler ATV out of there. It took awhile to get out of there too. Keep up the great work.

I’m in S Florida. Long way from Utah. But I parked my MORR sticker next to another one the other day! If you find a MORR sticker you’ve found an instant brother or sister.

Great job Matt & Tom-Tom with crew. Really long recovery, good to see you were able to get them out of a over size sand pit. David, Utah.♥♥♥.

Man, what a great teacher you are Matt, letting Rhett figure it out, and how great a job that Rhette does while doing it! .. Just impressed again how flat tires are the only thing that works in deep fine sand ... when you think you have let enough air out already but you're still having a bit of difficulty .. let more out 🙂

I think this channel is long overdue for a drone. Not only for epic drone footage but finding customers would also come in handy!
