I agree. Remove the bunks and have a large access door for adding gear (bikes, etc) or office furniture. Also, put laundry options back there, too. Not everyone wants a bunk. And, not everyone needs a fold out bed either. Just make it a spare room for those who want extended travel stays to hold the items need for that.

Hey guys, the opening at the end of the sofa is to store the stand for the table (stored behind the sofa) that slides into the bracket in the middle seat. Check magnet in small cabinet to the right of the microwave, it's to store the fridge locking knob. No skylight over shower, it's just a bubble to add more head room.

The rear hitch with a 4 way plug allows the safety conscience customer that is using a bike rack with a cover, which BLOCKS the tail lights on the travel trailer, to have accessory lights on the bike rack for safety. Don't worry Matt, once you get more experience you will learn these things. You can't know everything RV in just a few short years. 😁

So im at a RV show in Colorado Springs right now. I walked through most of what they have here and I have realized that i prefer a rear bedroom trailer. I cant do the front ones unless they are a travel trailer. Im 6 3 and feel Will's pain. I bonked my head enough times. The biggest thing i am taking away is the step down showers. Absolutely amazing they should be the standard.

The is one beautiful tt! The finishes are like a home would have. Love that it doesn't have a dinette, love all the storage, love that kitchen. Dislikes, it's a stretch, but the bunk room could have a fold up sofa, a desk and some cupboards. ❤ Price ain't bad, either!

Perhaps the Bunk room could have a full width luxury rear bathroom, instead of the bunks, removing the front bathroom, allowing a lighter tongue weight. Maybe converting that space, in the front bedroom, to make the bedroom a little larger with a small office area, as a couples Travel Trailer?

While I LOVE the Z Air 295 as-is, after checking out other Brinkley models, I'd love to see it upgraded with the under-cabinet knife and utensil pull down drawers above the sink as well as a fireplace in the master bedroom. The price keeps going up and it's already lost the accent lighting above the island and couch. These upgrades would certainly add value and convenience to the unit.

Brinkley: this is BEAUTIFUL…. But…..Please make one that can easily go into State parks. Gotta’ shorten the length! 🙏🏻 Make for 2 adults. No bunks. Move that living room TV please reconfigure. Needs to across from the sofa Make the shelves in the kitchen pantry deeper. Yes need to keep the island. ❤ need more storage for the bathroom, maybe above the potty? Please please on that. So much to LOVE about this one, just need it smaller. Would LOVE more than anything to have optional washer and dryer hookup. Not the all In one that takes forever to use.Many of us want to travel for length of time and don’t want to use laundry mats🤮so many LOVES about this one!!!! Just need a smaller one. The rear bunk made the large outside storage possible on the rear of the unit. It would be nice if there was an access to that storage on the bottom of the bunk. It would also be interesting to see what that trailer would look like without the bunkroom. Would the trailer be shorter and lighter or would some sort of sleeper sofa go back there? Both?

My only concern is the gas bottle placement on that tongue. Could you still fit an anti-sway system on that frame and still be able to open up the doors all the way to access the gas bottles? Because of that weight it’s gonna need one heckuva system, whether it be propride or Safewieght

Hi Matt and Wil! My dislike is the tv in wrong possion to watch from the lounger. The bunk room a little tight but doable. My likes are no dinette, the kitchen and size of the refrigerator. And coffee/ taco bar. Thank you Matt and Wil!

I love this trailer overall, but there are some things I would like to see changed. I am in to quality and this reeks of it. However, I agree with Matt on the TV/seating placement. I would like to see a smaller version that can be towed with a 1/2 ton pickup. Perhaps a model with no bunks. Another option I would like to see is a twin bed version vs the queen, unless you can offer a king.

Likes: 1.Brinkley quality. We are in a Z3610 and I can speak to that quality from experience. 2. The interior storage is endless. 3. The interior design is a blank slate so anyone can make it their own. Dislikes:1. TV position is a no-go. 2. Lack of W/D hook ups. 3. Lack of extendable ladder for that top bunk. We have one in the bunk house so I’m not sure why they left it out here. Liquified is the best we’ve used!

Brinkley is really inexpensive at $77K for the quality and attention to detail. For perspective, have you priced a 34' Airstream lately pushing over $200K with even the 25'ers starting over $100K. Staying with quality, Lance tops out around 26' and they are in that same $77k range. Fully concur on no half-ton to tow and even the 2 or 3 that physically can as it maxes out their rating and load capacity, one thing you didn't note...with the 9000 lb dry weight (11,000 loaded??) pulling a 34 foot trailer on a half ton wheelbase (popular crew short bed), it creates the classic case of the tail wagging the dog. My only dislike is that a bunkhouse in not for me, but was happy to see that they were hinting at other floorplan with model numbers suggesting smaller, but no further details as they concentrated marketing on the Air 295.

We got to see the new layout of the 285 from brinkley and we do not like it the kitchen is on campside with no big windows with a desk in the back for a couples camper it sucks i would rather see the kitchen and tv on driver side flip the liven room and ditch the dinett sleep thing and the desk and just put the huge couch on camp side basic just like the 295 air without the bunk room i would buy one of them now
