Hey everyone welcome back to another video! Today I am super excited we are with Becky in Michigan showing off some awesome B Vans! This video is the Winnebago Travato 59k which is the BEST SELLING Camper Van on the PLANET! #vanlife this thing is amazing inside and outside. I know if your looking to go camping in a Van then you will LOVE the Travato!

We recently bought a Travato K. Our first voyage was last weekend. Winnebago is built so well, except…we were surprised by the rear sink in the bathroom…hinges are flimsy and need to be improved by Winnebago. Also the two slider doors for privacy are a little wonky. A single pocket door would work better. EVERYTHING ELSE IS AMAZING!!! There is a little storage box under the 2nd bed. It fits 4 rolls of TP. Every bit of storage is useful. Also, you two forgot the two extra seat belts mounted on the twin bed on the drivers side. So there are four seat belts total. There is also a storage net between the cushion and wall on the head of each bed and is super useful for phones, tablets or a book to read. The cubby below the twin bed fits a CPAP. There is also an outlet a few inches away. This B Van is super luxurious! We have done deep research for three years and chose this Travato carefully. The Travato is a dream to drive. WE LOVE ❤️ IT!!!! Thank you Matt and Becky!🎉

Yes they used to have the headrest the pulled out to lean against. And gave 1 or 2 tables for the twin beds so two ppl could eat/work there. That is nice of Becky to do all of these for free!

That sink in the bathroom has got to go. Brand new van and it doesn't work, hinge rusts out in a couple years, when is Winnebago going to correct this sink issue and install something like the version used in Coachmen rear baths?

Would like to see Winnebago offer the same floorplan BUT with a real shower vs the closet. Or at least make the closet smaller so the shower area is bigger. And/or get rid of the shower curtain and use the self-wicking(?) doors.

At that price instead of a B van I would rather buy a pickup and get a truck bed camper!! It would probably be less expensive to. When you think about a B van your thinking about a weekend getaway and don’t really care about comfort your only there for a few days!! Since it’s not full time save some money and get a pickup with a bed camper then you’ll have something that’s multi functional 🤙

I love the twin bed. I rather like a charcoal color. That orange color is an eye for the cop if you speed up. Is a work van or a couple, single van which I like.

The cost of vans in the current market make it a crazy investment. The stealth and convenience aspects are awesome, but you pay a very high premium for that. “That’s Van life” seems like code for things being cramped and shoddy.

vans are an expense, not an investment unless you plan to rent it or resell it for income - this van has doubled in price since it was introduced and is crazy overpriced as are most B vans

I like it but would never pay 188G canadian for a van! Crazy. This thing cost more than i paid for my ram dually n largest northern lite truck camper! So yeah, these vans are all severally overpriced for what u get. But i still love ya guys! lol. 🍻

The prices for these vans are still crazy. It's not even a Mercedes. Matt you spoiled me with the European model ( I believe Nova) that had the overhead bunk to bring down. Would've like it in this model.

I have a 2021 Travato 59KL and bought it when the 2022's were out just for the position of the controls for the tanks, propane, and truma. I can control everything from my bed where the new Travatos have everything above the door. Also hate the new water supply area. Love my Travato

I think that theses will appeal to moms with mini vans & sport utility vehicles but the price is way to high. The industry is going to have to find the sweet spot of where people will pay. I think they are loosing tons of customers due to price. More seat belts than 4 Also if you want to appeal to the “ soccer mom” population. Also make one that as a Manuel or electric ramp for wheelchairs. Think about moms that might have a child in a wheelchair & a easy place to store a stroller. I think the first one to modify a few things will see an increase in sales.

We have a Travato. Everyone mostly just fills the tank. The whole idea is that you want the convenience of unplugging and going quickly. All the tanks and plumbing are inside so no freezing in cold weather.

It was the Travato that had the tilt up thing at the head of the beds. We liked them because we have an adjustable bed at home and in the van, the tilt up things served the same function. Kept my husband from snoring and was nice for reading. Im really surprised they took them out.

I could see something like this as a daily driver when I am no longer working. I didn't see a generator or where the propane is. I did see the exhaust for the generator. I think they could delete the lav sink since the other sink is three feet away.

Yes there is a generator and propane. We bought a Travato K in August. The solar on top pretty much runs the entire house portion of the van. We LOVE IT! We took it on our maiden voyage to watch out son run a marathon in St George, Utah. We were the only class B in the entire 146 space RV Resort. It was fun to just pull in and bam! Done! No backing in and out twenty times. We have had numerous big rig owners excited to see it. Several of them said they are going to downsize they loved it so much. We drove it all around town and even parallel parked it.

It's no wonder people are finding older van/trucks and redoing them into something amazing. Older trucks are more stronger and built to last. These van builders here are just smoking mirrors. The kicker is Class B and B+ will soon be priced at Super C's . Well into the $300k.

@MattsRVReviews - Great video, but it was stuttering like crazy on cell service where we are, because the video is at 60 frames per second. You know us RVers and travelers - cell service and RV park wifi can be real issues. Please go with the more standard 30 FPS so we can have better streaming. 😎

Bathrooms in these are just silly. Give me an elevated bed with garage for bikes. External shower, portable toilet for emergency’s. All electric with 800 watts of panels. No propane….

We just rented one like this and loved having the water tank and hookups inside. We just filled the tank. Then when we were ready to explore for the day it's only a power cord to stow.

The rear bath is annoying. We have a 22 C Beyond and we are able to leave back doors open with the screen down for cross ventilation our side screen door. Does this van’s screen door retract or is the only option to hand roll it? Also, was the freezer within the fridge?

The induction cooking top does NOT put out as much heat as the gas. I have had an induction stove at home for 12 yrs now, LOVE IT.

It has induction because there is no generator on the KL - everything depends on the Lithium. KL = Lithium. K = generator.
