The pantry and the coffee bar next to it just need to be swapped out. This also helps road mod with the pantry with slides closed and now the coffee bar doubles as more usable kitchen.

What’s not to like?!? Love the flush slides/ no carpet the most, the two-tone cabinetry and kitchen. Don’t really have any dislikes: I would add an auto reel for the power cord. Maybe the chairs look flimsy and uncomfortable-and ditch the fabric seats...pretty lame dislikes. 💞

Agree about the central vac. Even with all that storage there isn’t a good spot for a regular vacuum other than getting in your way in the closet. Also don’t like the tiny night stands. By the time you plug in your devices, no room for a glass of water or a book. It’d be great if we could opt for a full bed instead of queen and get a real night stand or shelves.

I like everything about that 5th wheel. I don't have enough thumbs to list them all, so here's 3. Likes: The range oven and microwave are king! The shower and the entire bathroom layout are king. The entertainment center is king especially the hidden storage behind the fireplace. Length perfect, weight perfect, water command center perfect, azdel yay, stair latch handle super, solar prep, I could go on and on. Dislikes: There are no dislikes but here is a wish list: Would like to have a two partition sink in the kitchen. Would like whisper quiet ducted AC. OOPS ! I just learned that the AC units are not ducted in order to facilitate a true dual-zone air conditioning. No other dislikes, nope, not a one. Thanks Matt and Andrea!!! Can you walk on roof so you can do snow removal? Are the pull handles better than former like Grand Design? Many problems with frozen cables and valves.

After watching the 370 & the 310, I realized that the lower cabinets around the stove are like a feature wall, otherwise the kitchen is the same cabinets as the ones in the living room (which there aren't much of). I love the detail on the back of the island. I thought about the vac for the 370, but I'm not a lover of vacuuming and it's too small a space to be worth it. Much easier to just grab a swiffer. That doorknob situation is a cause for concern and 2 noisy AC's is not something I want to hear when I'm trying to watch tv or talk to someone. I like what they give in the smaller size. It doesn't look like you're giving up an enourmous amount of comforts from the 370 to the 310. Thanks again for a great review.

The lack of central vac is a non issue for me in a carpet-less unit and I would prefer to have the under step shoe storage this unit has instead of the central vac. My issues with this layout are in the living room with no off door seating, very little off door windows, and I like more separation between the TV and the oven. Cooking next to where you watch TV makes it feel smaller than it needs to.

Looked at one today.I was impressed comparing this to VanLeigh and Grand Design, excited until we looked up turned on the 3 AC units in a very hot humid Florida lot. My wife said were outta here not listening at that noise. I don’t want the explanation of its simple and it works. 1970 retro! Maybe for the electrical but not for HVAC. The Coleman Covers on the roof were already chalk faded. For a mid to high end unit end unit should be whisper quite ducted, Air. Hoping to talk with the owner soon. In addition there are a lot of windows. No mention are they cold rated thermal insulated. Looks to me like lots of sun heat load and lots of cold shivering nights. Last when is a RV company going to plan and install a 400-600 Lithium battery bank with 3000 watt inverter /charger and at least 600 watts of Solar. With a DC to DC truck inverter prewired.So tired of the pillage $$$$$$$ of after buying install. Not to mention warranty issues? Battle Born Victron or others should proudly offer this as a factory package. It’s 2020 off grid time. No No more noisy Gen set under the Bed! Thanks for the review

Andrea, why would you want a central vacuum in a unit with no carpet? I belong to several RV forums and the majority of owners, especially full timers, find the central vac system useless....I know we do. Most RVers have carpet and use a small battery operated vacuum such as Dyson or Shark. Good video, very informative.

This Paradigm is a strong contender against the Grand Design Solitude. Better in many ways I think. The Bathroom is the Best in its class bar none. The extra height toilet is great for older Rver's. A central vac would be great...you're right Andrea. Matt, you are right on the AC. Whisper Quiets with Easy Start and Heat Pump would be nice. I understand they thought ductless would be more efficient in cooling...and in Florida they are right. But all in all it is a strong interest in my fifth wheel search against Solitude, Montana in the 31 Model series. I love your reviews you two. THE BEST. bill in Gainesville, Florida

I agree it would be nice to see the whisper duct AC and maybe even a central vacuum. One other possible dis like might be the size of the truck I have to get to tow it. Other than those little gripes I have nothing bad to say about it. It really looks like a possibility for me and the wife to unplug and go full time on the road. This virus crap has set us back a bit but still keeping the dream alive, just slightly delayed. Stay safe folks!

This is why ppl sell their homes and move into rv’s full time. 59k for something nicer than what they may have lived in and no property taxes. Hell, even renting a hookup spot could be way cheaper than property taxes depending on where you’re from.

Very comparable to the Grand Design Solitude 310GK. Alliance Pros over the GD - Azdel - Heavier rated axles & tires - Stinky slinky holder - 3 AC units - Flush floor for kitchen slide - Full sized oven - Like the sink better than GD - Soft close drawers and doors - Lights on dimmer - Much nicer bathroom GD pros over Alliance - Better pin box - Windows/outside view appear bigger - Central vac - Sofa & loveseat appear to be better quality - Like the under bed storage/bench We're researching for purchase in about a year. Love the GD but Alliance is tough competition. One thing that wierdly sticks with me is the fireplace design. The storage appears cheezy and I don't like the handles on the bottom. Prefer a more finished look of the GD. Maybe add an outside storage compartment on that slide instead. Just not feeling it. Thanks for the review Matt. It'd be cool if you did a side by side comparison between the two. Kinda like Chevy vs. Ford?

but if u ever have to replace the fridge it wont fit through the door eh! and rv fridges are notoriously faulty! u wd have to saw the fridge into pieces to get it out and the replace it with a very small fridge to get it through that doorway even with taking the rv door off and the new fridge doors off. good luck with that!

Michael Hanson They do come with Solera slide topper prep. That way if you want them, they are easily added. I do wish that Alliance offered them as an option.

3 + loves: 4 burner stove, big shower, dinette instead of booth. (fridge, and storage behind the fireplace) 3- dislikes: as a centipede in training there is not enough shoe storage. king bed. I know everyone likes a king, but I dont mind sleeping close to my hubby, I'd like a queen. I dont have a 3rd dislike. I wouldn't get it with a dishwasher or washer/dryer. But its nice to know thats an option. Now where do I sign up for a sugar daddy to buy me one?

I would like the tv in the lounge to swing out in case you’d be laying on the sofa( that’s where I would be! Not a big fan of an island taking up that much floor space. But I do love the huge single sink. I’m also a fan of a well built unit. Able to hold washer dryer and dish washer.

It is a dish drainer,it sits on a lip below the counter top that support the slats. It won't sag or roll up when using it as a drainer or even as extra counter space

Thanks, Matt and Andrea... what I love about this, if my observation is correct, is that there are NO floor vents! Nothing to drop down in the vent that you have to fish out. I especially dislike floor vents in bathrooms... didn't see one in there so it's a huge bonus for Alliance. I've been a Grand Design lover and Alliance really knocks it out of the park and offers an affordable luxury that I've been looking for. Well done for Alliance and cheers to You and Andrea. My only feedback would be, as some others have mentioned, is to take a bit more time an emphasize the tow detail, Axel/tire detail, some of the included features for Alliance that you may have to pay for as upgrades with other manufacturers. Alliance has put in the detail and work, I would love to see that emphasized. It's ok if you have a 40 minute video vs. 25 minutes... if I'm reviewing $50k - $75k++ models, I would rather see/hear a little more detail and I'll have the choice to fast forward if I don't care or have heard it before. You may feel it's excessive to say the same outside details about a 31' vs. 37' or 39' model of the same design/manufacturer... but remember, not everyone sees all reviews. If you talk in detail on a 39' model, but rush through it on a 31' I won't know those special details that Alliance offers in all models, vs. others. As for your mic... for $200-$300 range, they do make a (2) wireless lapel mic model that you can plug the receiver into your iPhone or Digital Camera and they work really well. RODE makes them and for this environment they make sense. Then we wouldn't hear so much handling noise from handing the camera back and forth. :) I watch ALOT of reviews and each has their own way to attract an audience. You two play well off of each other and Matt, your excitable personality does give people a chuckle and draws a key crowd in for that. You're really trying hard and it shows. So... that said, if you slow down a bit (yes you can still jump and skip, lol) and add in more detail around the exterior on all models, then mention key things like "no floor vents" pros and cons of that, etc... your channel will definitely grow. It's ok to add a few edits too... which may save a minute or two... but you're on your way. I wanted to share some feedback because I like you two... and I want to see you shine. Cheers! Joel

Good job guys, love this unit and its bigger sister units. The design, layout and decor are done beautifully. The storage is amazing, only surpassed by the ingeniously placed hidden storage areas. The Bathroom, should set an industry target to try to match. The space and comfort and well designed decor is outstanding. The bedroom is roomy and full of natural light. Even with no power for lights in this video, the room was still well lit. That walk in closet offers a bounty of space, and love that you can add a washer and dryer inside. I would love to own one of these models in the future. Before seeing this model, I really only liked class A and class C rvs. Now I can picture me and my family enjoying a fifth wheel. My only dislikes are 1. No outside TV built in to unit to go with outdoor speakers. 2. Would love if the window above stove opened up. There is a lack of windows on the kitchen side. Having that one open up would be great. 3. A bigger sized TV in the bedroom. Years ago that 32 inch would have been very nice. But nowadays a 50 inch or better is required. 3. Things I love. 1. Entire Bathroom. A+++ 2. Storage galore and clever design on the hidden storage places. 3. The kitchen is well equipped and planned out nicely. Can't believe a kitchen that nice is in an rv. *Bonus like. The fact the owners of the company are so proactive in getting feedback and implementing new ideas. Shows they are a company that cares what the consumer wants, and is delivering the best product they can. Keep up the great work guys, and love both your channels.

These are gorgeous rv's. I agree with all your dislikes, but I have another, I don't like the shower seat so far away from the showerhead. I need to sit to shower and not only is it so far away, but there isn't even a hand held showerhead to use.

Great video, love the likes and dislikes. The question is can you get to the refrigerator without putting the slide out. I seen at a rest area man putting slide out on his camper almost hit another vehicle. Would be great to be able to stop and get things out without putting it out. :)
