The house looks absolutely incredible from the outside but for £32 mil the interior really doesn’t cut it. The exposed brickwork makes it look cheap. In my opinion it’s not exactly a very luxurious homely home. There is not one chair in the whole house that you can actually just fall into to relax. 8 bedroom house with 1 parking space 🤔

Honestly, I love the contemporary clean lines. I like the older look of the house on the outside but it’s a good marriage between the two styles., houses need to be updated at least every 20 years to keep it fresh. A lot of people don’t like stuffy traditional. And I can understand that. Some fine traditional furniture would look great alongside contemporary furniture.
@dionlindsay2

I'd be surprised if buyers are expected to live with such bland interior design. Maybe it's just easier to show it like this so viewers can decide how they'll do it when it's theirs. The more ominous possibility is that it's intended only as an investment house, not really for living in. Buy a house, close it up, wait for price increase, sell it for profit. There used to be overtones in London of ill-gotten gains being used. I don't know what it's like now.

I’m not a fan of those ‘track lights’ Feels like something I’d see in H&M. Think the decor is pretty dull. Either white brick or that plywood that I think will date horribly. @@darrelsimon4029 yeah i am a conservative but i dont live in london. I have a country house. Money isnt the reason why im defending this though although that may be because im biased or something along the lines. All im saying is that is an amazing property for london in a great area of london so it’s guaranteed to cost quite a lot. Infact most people who make claims like yours are jealous because they dont have that money so resort to “hating” people with money. I think you need to rethink how to talk to people and act like a nice human being instead of a a jealous and childish prick.
@Alex-oy2su
@Alex-oy2su Жыл бұрын
@@darrelsimon4029if it wasn’t worth £32,500,000 million then nobody would ever buy it, that’s how supply and demand works. There’s nothing wrong with defending people with money - as most people who have this kind of money (unless simply born into this kind of wealth) have it because they are able to deliver lots of value to people and the economy, otherwise they wouldn’t have the money. People who can’t achieve this level of success tend to leave negative comments towards those who can, like you for example.

For an area such as Chelsea or London for that matter where space is at the most optimum premium having a multi level home such as this exquisite home you can see why people with a bottomless bank account can afford the luxury of building their dream home. Although it still begs the question why the previous owner decided to sell. Hmmm.

Not everyone wants to live in the countryside. And having more space and lots of land doesn't necessarily make for a better living experience. It's also worth noting that the buyers for a home of this caliber probably have a house in the country as well, and several others around the world.

Buy a nice apartment in london for a fraction of that and get a lovely wooded country estate again for a fraction of that. London is nice but it aint that nice. I would prefer gardens and solitude and natural light instead of basements for 32million. What you are paying for here is the cost of the excavation works in a posh neighborhood. They want to recoup their money on a bad investment, a stupid decision to spend so much money on it. Plus it is actually disgusting in a country with more foodbanks for the starving than mcdonalds for the poor that somebody has this much money to waste. Tax the owner and the buyer way way more.

No justification whatsoever for this hilarious price. Even for Central/West London this is taking the you know what. There's massively overpriced and then there's this. Even a billionaire investor would have to question this price point for a semi-detached. Quite astonishing.

Amazing house in so many ways. But not for me. At that exorbitant price I'd want more land. Also I'd need a cosier interior. I find this place sterile, cold and in some areas claustrophobic.

Good thing I'm not in the market for a £32 million pound house in London. If I was, I would certainly not have bought this one. It's utterly hideous and headache inducing. I have no idea what the developer and designer (if there was one) were thinking. It also seems extremely expensive for what it is.

It is only bricks and mortar so you are spot on. I'd rather a country mansion that this brain ache.I wouldn't pay over 1 million for a house. A decent detached house a car and a few acres thats all.

I love the fact that the property has a private parking space, which probably contributes at least £1million to the £32million pricetag, and someone has still parked directly in front of their gate blocking access. 🙄😂

Its a gutted dark box, this house was the one that first made the neighbors insane with pointless construction and will know doubt be bought by some tacky person that will drive them crazy again.

the way the lighting is captured on video isn't doing the property any favors. it just looks so yellow. I'm sure in person the lighting temp is a bit different, but on video it looks downright jaundiced and unappealing.

I was excited to see this luxury home until I realized you only get a sliver of the actual building. The long narrow rooms look cramped. Why not a more open layout?

I love the contemporary interior. Very nice. I prefer a kitchen open to a den and although it was very beautiful, it feels claustrophobic to me. It would feel like you’re all alone in the basement. The staircase was awful. I give it an F, because a staircase should have an open stairwell that you look down to the floor or up to the ceiling. I understand the elevator being placed in the stairwell, but it really ruins the staircase. I wish they could have put the elevator in a different area. Also the brick color looks very bland and average. I would have to paint the brick white or a light gray. That would make it much better. The parking space is unacceptable. They should have a two or three car garage somewhere so I give the parking area an F. But good video and I don’t blame the tour guide for the floorplan. He is an excellent spokesperson. Keep the tours coming.

Beautiful home with a couple of caveats: The mirrored tv in the sitting room, why? Kinda tacky. And I loves me a staircase, so not fond of the elevator being such a central feature. Surely the architect could have placed it somewhere less obtrusive.

For 32 million you could get a real mansion like 10 times the size.The fact that it’s terraced is even more suprising. IT DOESNT EVEN HAVE ITS OWN LAND.Good luck to whoever won’t buy it.

1. Tv too big in the small drawing room 2. exposed white walls look unfinished and not suit the aesthetics in the house, it’s like a farm house finished. 3. kitchen is too dark, it’s in the wrong location. needs more sunlight. 4. Grand reception is lovely 5. Office nice with nice courtyard view. 6. Upstairs living room is nice 7. Nice cinema room but office chairs for cinema room 🤔 8. All the bedrooms are tiny Basically it is not worth £32 million!!!!!!! Small rooms and design inside is mismatched and dark.

4.5M should buy you this house in reality, but such is the madness. For 32M, I'd sooner buy 60 properties for 500k each total spend, spread across six different countries & dodge every winter in the the UK.
