Great property, fantastic use of space, both cosy and impressively large! Couldn’t see me changing too much of the design of the place - this is decorated to my taste but probably introduce a bit more contrast to the kitchen area. Definitely a good space downstairs for stairs for a recording studio and upstairs there’s plenty of options for a gym. Excellent value for money here, absolutely the best and most realistically priced property on this channel I’ve seen for a while. I would seriously look at this property if I had just won the lottery ha ha. Great work by the owners and once again great tour by Matt et al.

Great video and this young man has done very well. Risk vs reward and it paid off. A shame the BTL market is crushed now because of the base rate hike. Yields are rubbish now unless you are buying cash. I have a small portfolio myself

Yes I agree, I would expect more expensive radiators in a multi-million pound home! Nothing wrong with the way they look, they look fine, but they are CHEAP! So.......... I would of fitted some much nicer ones personally, just something a bit special, rather than basic panel radiators.

I would expect UFH downstairs at least! Also noticed the master bedroom terrace is tiny...the door would not fully open and that would drive me nuts. Shame but rest of house done well

For £1.7m I would expect far more thought gone into making the open plan living dining kitchen to be more functional - the island is massive but a bit of a dead space with no additional stove or prep sink, the appliances are also not what you’d expect in a property of this size or value. The bedroom had ikea pax wardrobes which screams cheap not luxury but finishing them off so they look built-in would have upscaled them massively. The style is very specific but a bit too modern and cold for me personally. The garden is also not the biggest for the size. I’ve seen properties in Surrey about this price range that may be slightly smaller but a lot more value. Good job but needs a little more work to get more substance over style. Also the finer details is what really matters at this price point, bit of a let down really.

In modern, recently built and expensive house like this, I am surprised and disappointed with use of old technology of ugly radiators hanging on the walls which suggests gas CH. Should be underfloor heating throughout with use heat pump and solar power. Haven't seen solar panels on the roof which is very sad
