I feel like for the framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc he would have needed to hire help for. But the demolition [in the clips shown] look more manageable with minimal help or training.

Wouldn't watch Love Island with a gun to my head, but could watch this guy do property tours for hours! Clear that he really loves his craft, and takes time to perfect his vision and not skimp on the details. ❤ All this, whilst being 25ish and maintaining a good attitude is amazing! I have friends in construction and just the stories of all the delays and unforeseen issues give me anxiety...
