There are 2 personalities here - one who was chained by his fears, worries, depression, world judgement for so many years; and the alpha who broke free and unleashed the beast in him. The alpha version is unafraid and ready to devour anyone who goes in the way. In a sense, the song is inspiring us to break free from what chains us and unleash the beast in us - be an alpha taking control of your life. In the end, it was revealed he was holding the keys all along. You are the only one who can free yourself. I call this a lyrical rap with storytelling and theatrical acting. He is really a genius. He is my only bias and I am so proud of him 🙂

I agree with your interpretation. I think the Alpha, gave the key to his other self, (not to anyone else) consistent with his belief that only you can free yourself. A happy ending it would seem, as in the end, the other self finally used the key unshackle himself.

He imprisoned himself (his talent) because he don't want to be vulnerable with the world's unfairness, cruelty, and judgements and that leads him to have conflict with the other side of him (inner self) ...the one who's convincing him to get out of that shackle and be strong to face changes and see what he can really do. To reach his full potentials even though there are doubters.....but the imprisoned him don't want trouble..just want to be alone and somehow stay in his comfort zone. Finally he gave in and said ok "let's start the show" (nagbukas ng pulang kurtina) Meaning he's now willing to face the world and share his talent. He'll gonna keep on grinding (head down and work hard)and update his timeline. That beat drop "binigay ang susi sa kanya" he's referring to himself... he's holding his own key 🗝️ and once he discovered his true self and his true sound/music... he'll come out of his shell and he'll use that key to free himself just like the last scene on the video he unlock the shackle himself. Because he's now ready to face anyone even those doubters and judgemental people he'll devourer, he's ready to face the world and show his true talent , his music in this SOLO... tru LA LUNA That's my interpretation 😊 Riza

Ang take ko sa MV at song niya, Ang beast or wolf lumalabas tuwing Bilog ang Buwan, naka kadena siya kasi he needs to restrain himself. Dito rin ang time na lumalabas ang creativity niya bilang si PABLO. Ang susi for me represents yung control niya sa sarili. Pinakita niya in the end na tapos na ang turmoil niya and yung negativity nailalabas niya sa pag-gawa ng kanta and he set himself free dahil wala na yung BUWAN.

My take sa kanta na to is that. First, kinulong niya ang sarili niya to supress his inner strengths because of the standards ng society. ( I think this has something to do with his kind of music, like what he said in his past tweets na, wala pa siyang nare-release na tunog "pablo", and he thinks na wala pa siyang may maire-release) baka dati hindi siya sigurado kung maaapreciate rin ba ng iba ang music na gagawin niya kapag iniba niya yung style and manner of delivering his songs. Next, sa part na "these scars, unlike your minds, are deep, I buried it 6 ft- what's beneath, the pain I gained frome hella grind". Tinago niya ang mga bahid ng sakit na naranasan niya all throughout his life (or maybe in his career), and that he killed the part of himself that experienced those scars. Then some of those pain he shared like losing friends, battling with his self-doubts and the feeling of being alone in the journey. Yung susi sa huli, there was a part sa song na sinabi niya na kapag nahanap niya na yung kaniyang sarili, he'll get out of prison and start anew. So having the keys at the end, signifies that he's ready to free himself.

I've been waiting for your RV. I have watched every single RV but yun sa inyo pinakahihintay ko... I just admire how you interpreted La Luna & its impact to eveyone's subconscious - On point!... I very much agree that Pablo is bringing back the emo era in a better way, which is what everybody needs now esp the youth. The theme is dark but always at the end of his songs, there's redemption. Super daming interpretations! I interpret it as an artist struggle, the first Pablo is afraid to share his talent (bc. of criticism and failure).
