I did but I had to create a new contact because I had reached the 25 message limit. Which part of the booking bot are you unable to complete?

@@LeadsForLocals I've followed all the steps you did and watched the video multiples times however the issue I am facing is when the call end and I check my calendar in GHL i dont see the booking has taken place. I've called GHL support and they just raised a ticket since they could not help either.

@@mouhamadarab5162 it likely means the appointment bot was not triggered. Make sure under "Agent Goals" that your "Trigger a Workflow" option is setup correctly. The voice A.I. should be directed to trigger the workflow that contains the appointment booking bot.

@@LeadsForLocals It did trigger because the support team and I have looked into it. That's why they created a support ticket to look into this case.
