2023 is a good thing, its better not to rush things. When pirate101 had a world update in 2017. They rushed things and they ruined the story by making us defeat the main villain so early.

Yeah, Valencia 2 did feel rushed. I'd be willing to wait some more while they put out some smaller updates in 2022.

If they make Skull island free, they have to make Wizard City Free.

Oh I was referring to "Skull Island Free Weekends" that they could start doing, similar to "Wizard City Free Weekends" (which have included Krok as well more recently)
