Feeling this one! Finally got the balls to experience my first Moto this summer, at 38 years old. It was so intimidating until I got maybe 3 passes. Absolutely exhilarating. The jumps all seemed so long and scary until I started trying them. I would love to see Matty get behind this racing push and train and go out there and whoop some tail! Great video, boys!

Get a coach for gate starts and a practice gate. There is so much technique in the first 3 seconds of a bmx race, pretty sure Matty will be ace at it with a bit of work

I grew up around BMX racing, my dad was a pro in his late teens to early 20’s. Then was #1 in Canada for his age group in his late 30’s early 40’s. So I raced a couple years when I was younger. Great sport. But wasn’t completely my thing. My dad and uncle were a big part of why bmx had any exposure in my city. The sport will always have a place in my heart.
