I'm going to say this as objectively as possible but here goes.....Mills was not ready to be a starter in the NFL...he is not a scrub but he needed more time to develop he was a beast in high school and was great in college until he got hurt.....he did not take enough snaps at the college level to make a leap to the pro level so after he develops maybe he will be a decent pro QB but until then he is not going to be the talk of the town......
