Cook it in the oven. 425 bottom rack for 7 min. Top rack 7-8 min. Simple AF

I cook bacon in the oven all of the time and I don't have to put a second cookie sheet on top. Take too long that way. Middle rack 400° F for about 16-20 minutes on parchment paper. Depending upon if you like crunchy bacon or a little play to lay down on top of, say a burger 🍔?
