Matzie: Capturing and Storing Carbon Safely and Responsibly

Chairman of the Pa. House Consumer Protection, Technology & Utilities Committee state Rep. Rob Matzie says Carbon Capture and Storage is coming to Pennsylvania and legislation recently passed by both the House and Senate will allow the commonwealth, not the Federal government, to decide how to best handle the process.
