Few pointers: you can't reduce the duration of protected buffs (such as Nais' block dmg and counter attack buff), so Maud's a2 won't work. You've hit Marius a few times with Armanz a1 while running evil eye which reduce his turn meter and trigger his passive = Counter attack.

This video convinced me to finally convert my extra shards and going for Maud. I have 65 Kreela frags and 55 for Elegaius, and so on and I couldn't bring myself to convert them for such a mid champ but this video helped me see how I could use her.

Always fun when you switch a few things around and see the results. Something I should do more often myself, that's for sure. Thanks for letting us follow along. p.s. I disagree on skipping this fusion -- looks like Thor is an S tier hydra champ, and while I agree with you on her utility, I'm more than 40 fragments away from maud. For me, she can wait a few weeks more as I'm already stacked when it comes to revivers (Galatir, Ankora, Siphi, Duchess, etc.), but your mileage may vary.

I don't think this fusion should be a skip because he actually is a rly good hydra dps. Going for Maud is the more selfish route but improving your hydra dmg is important for the clans

His clan does clan switching to cheese the hydra clash rewards they dont care about hydra dmg and thor doesnt do that much dmg compared to Ninja/harima with mikage or even Teox/Toshiro Mikage teams. If you do good hydra dmg every week your opponents will get stronger and stronger until you face trunda teams all the time making thor irrelevant. Investing in lilve arena to max hydra bonus in the great hall is a better way to improve hydra dmg longterm than going for thor. He is ok for progression but not good enough for competing in hydra on higher level.

About the expencive and cheap things, there is a theory from one of the Terry Pratchet's books. And I like it. The idea is that rich people buy some more expencive shoes, let's say for %150 and they last some 5 years very well. Poor people buy cheap and low quality boots for $50 let's say. They have to change them every year, because they just fall apart. So poor people after 5 years paid $100 more and all these 5 years they were with wet feet. The moral here is - I am not rich enough to buy cheap things.

Just a suggestion, if you want to grow the channel you could try putting in some extra effort to cut up and edit some of these similar matchups and make shorter (10-15 min) "how to counter X" type videos. Do the normal stuff too but shorter more to the point videos on specific matchups would be Extremely helpful to a lot of people. One of my biggest issues right now is trying to find a counter to Narsis/Ankora with a lockout. I have a team for just Narsis/Ankora but it's necessarily slow so the added lockout I can't deal with.

One have to skip like 8 fusions to get Maud. Fuck that. I'd rather have 8 other champs than 1 mediocre support

incarnation and skorid are useless... dumping fragment into maud would have been a better choice

@@nicodemus802 nope, no doing the fusion would be better use of resources. Cause then you are prepared to for next fusion and have resources (namely shards) to throw at whatever guaranteed platinum prepared. Like Narses for example. Or Gnishak. Or other great PvP champion that is yet to come. Or even go for x25 for Harima/rotos/etc. Being able to summon 3-4-5 leggos on progressive ups your chances immensely.

Lightning doesn’t help much against Marius strip cause it’s 3 times decreasing duration it usually works anyways I have lightning cage in my Marichka and Ankora
