After all my readings watching n understanding of history jinnah actually weakened the Muslims of sub continent rather than empowering them by partitioning India. Just imagine if India would have been undivided the Muslims of the sub continents would have greater say in this world. Dalit-Muslims and Dalit -Christians were given reservation before 1950 but Nehru's Congress government allowed Scheduled Castes reservation only for those Dalits ( Scheduled Castes ) persons who follow Hindu religion. Later on , under Sikh's political party "Akali Dal" pressure SC reservation was extended to Sikhs also . Later on , it was extended to the religions of Buddhists ( Buddhism ) also. But , Dalit-Muslims and Dalit-Christians have not yet been added , even after the recommendations from the Human Rights Commission, Minorities Commission and also Scheduled Castes Commission of lndia . It is worth mentioning that there is no concept of castism or caste based discrimination in Sikhism and Buddhism . On the other hand there is existence of caste like set up called " Biradaris " among the muslims of lndian sub-continent and it is especially highlighted among Muslim communities of Bihar , UP and other Northern and Western lndian states . There is discrimination faced my Dom(muslim) and Nut(muslim) Muslim-Dalits in the graveyards of Bihar and by Lal-Begi , Halalkhor (Muslim Bhangi ) , Muslim-Mochi , Muslim-Dhobi and Kanjar ( converted muslim ) in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh . In South lndians states Dalit-Christians donot have access to the Churches in rural areas and also the elite Christian graveyards based on caste discrimination. So , Dalit-Christians and Dalit-muslims must must be given Scheduled Castes reservation especially because they face dual discrimination ( caste based reservation and also religion based discrimination ). @@aryanpandey8262 He was home schooled not self taught a term you might be be unfamiliar with because that is what rich parents preferred back in1800s, It is not difficult to put some strains on your fingers and look up his wiki yourself with references therein, he was an editor at a age where we learn algebra evident from the newspaper and article of the era. Nevertheless i have to sorrowfully say that Jinnah's approach was probably more practical but poorly executed and in theory Azad's view of unity of sub-continent was right but the underlying grudge and intolerance for people belonging to any different idea, belief, race was long rooted in the people of the subcontinent irrespective of the religion. I think yes Jinnah was maybe right, maybe he had seen things we didn't see that turned him from a western lawyer to zion of muslims in the subcontinent and what a plight has befallen on kashmiris from both sides.

I've nothing against pakistan.As my nation,its also a nation which have problems and solutions.As an indian stable Pakistan is much more desired than an unstable one.I wish what is going right now in Pak would end quickly.Azad foretold the future of pakistan because he saw the nation build on 2 nation theory logically.It was he who said that 'partion of India was not the division of territories but the division of muslims of subcontinent.'look now the status of muslims all over.He was right.
