Quick thinking Endora comes up with a solution and conjures up a 'dummy' Darrin. She acted fast in the original episode with the first Darrin when Maurice came to meet him and found out he was mortal. Endora turns him into the evening paper!

This episode is another remake of a season 1 episode. In that one Maurice comes to meet Darrin, not knowing he is a mortal. Maurice loses his temper (like always) and zaps Darrin out of existence. At the begging of Samantha, (even Endora supported her), Maurice uses all the power he can muster up to put Darrin back together again.
