Virtually every team bar the top 2 have had some shocking performances this season. Chelsea have been ok considering the injuries,youth and premier league inexperience of most of the squad. Pushing for Europe,league cup r/u and fa cup s-f with this team is a decent season. Next year will be better if we keep poch and add some more quality in some areas.

This chelsea team is young team , who is improving compared to season debut but still the defensive mistakes need to be corrected and a good foward is needed , the board should take accontability for their choice but the future is bright for chelsea

They should let pouch stay for another season as its starting to look good and they are getting stronger and better as a team a couple of signing experienced striker and defender this young team will be good and should challenge for top 4 next season if they sack him it would be starting again he has got us higher up the table and a cup final also semi final not bad for what he walked into at Chelsea .

If the Poch went we would be back to square one it's no good.keep saying bring back Mouriniho or Tuchel that's past give him a chance that's coming from an old Shed End boy who has seen some very bad times in the 70s 80s Poch in..I think the players trust him now and we.can all see the shoots of recovery.
