For those commenting on Tamara's mouth movements. It very well could be a medical issue, I'm an ex nurse and saw it a few times. There's a group of around 30 conditions called temporomandibular disorders that can affect jaw movement causing involuntary movement of the jaw/mouth and the person has absolutely no control over these movements. It's not always drugs and people shouldn't jump to this conclusion without knowing the person and their situation.
