Chicken Chowmein Recipe
Ingredients
For Noodles
• Spaghetti 400g
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Salt 2 tsp
For Marination
• Boneless chicken 800g
• soy sauce 3 tbsp
• Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
• Corn Flour 2 tbsp full
For Chow Mein sauce
• Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
• Chili sauce 4 tbsp
• Honey 4 tbsp or sugar to taste
• Vinegar 4 tbsp
• Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Other ingredients
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Garlic 6 cloves
• Ginger 2-inch piece
• Carrot 1
• Green Capsicum 1
• Red capsicum 1
• Cabbage 1 cup
• Spring Onions 2
Custard Cups
• Custard 2.5 tbsp
• Milk 500 ml
• Sugar 2 tbsp
• lady fingers 8-10 (or any biscuits)
• Fruit Cocktail 1 can
• Glazed cherries 4
• Raisins for topping

Since you asked, I just want to mention that in my opinion Big Boss is one of the most annoying and time wasting show I have ever seen. It’s a bad influence on kids specially and am glad you stopped watching it in front of your kids. I personally don’t understand why people watch it 😮. No offence meant to anyone.
