That's a good question. Sorting in the Query Editor doesn't flow to the visualizations, but we can sort multiple columns in a table viz by clicking on the first column header, then by holding the shift key and clicking the additional column headers we want to sort.

Nice tip, Thank you, but final result on dashboard still does not work. I have grid and when click on one of sorted columns, the whole table is resorted based on that column braking up second column sort. Ant clue?
