It's been years since I first heard of this song and I remember feeling it resonate with me but not recalling why. After struggles of the moment and from the past I've blocked due to trauma I sing this song to myself to remember who I don't want to be anymore while honoring and gracing myself for what I've been through. It's beautiful and I thank everyone involved for making such a wonderful and sublime piece or art that represents the reality of many, it's absolutely beautiful and gives me the goosebumps every time!
