I got to visit the DTW control tower and got a nice video of a DL 747 taking off from 4L. I also got some nice photos of and inside the airport and control tower. I send you the link if you want, cause I sent the link to a few dtw guys.

Beautiful scenery on your approach ! Thanks for that as I have done a lot of armchair rail travel in Japan and never seen it from the air. They sure make the best use of their precious and limited arable land. Loved the tri-lingual announcements. Lucky it's a long haul into the gate !

November 662 Uniform Sierra is a 747-400 delivered to Northwest Airlines from Boeing @ MSP. AFIK Delta never bought any 747-400s.
