Did the defense or prosecution know about this jail house recording before or during the trial, or did it all come out just after the verdict was rendered? Did Mr. Tucker do Mavrick's bidding, going back to the murder scene and then ultimately getting rid of the murder weapon, and then hiding the fact that Mavrick effectively confessed to the crime in a jailhouse recording that he held on to and did not turn over to the authorities. Even if he was just a stupid patsy he may need to be held accountable for obstruction of justice or accessory after the fact depending on what evidence comes to light. / also, what he says in this interview does not match what he has said in later interviews.

That's against US constitution, its been in the book for almost 250 years, this time uisn't going to change. Move on, Double jeopardy is never permitted in ANY criminal case period according to US Constitution. This is sickiest case I have seen and heard, especially within Deaf people. I agreed with you both in many ways. What Blake did was wrong and Alex was also wrong when he actually knew who the lawyers are. Alex and Blake went to Lee’s farm. It tells me Alex knew everything while the case was opening! Alex could have told Blake to go Susan when police didn’t want the evidence and Thomas turned Blake down too many times. Well what Ricky Taylor aka ridor9th says inadmissible the case because of federal 5th amendments and California law says it is illegal to consent of two parties. He did made video “inadmissible”. He explains clearly. Can’t retrial on same crime. I know he did but Marvick BEAT the justice system. Well. He won the battles. Accept it. If you know how to beat the system in crimes or lawsuits, then you are lucky. If not then you losses and waste money on lawyers and court fees. Like what Alex says DA says it could be double jeopardy in court. Judges wouldn’t take second trail since the court is done and over and closed the case.
