It does make sense that she does give night soul, there is a pattern when it come to archon kit in general there always a problem they fix that shows early patches, venti was crowd control, zhongli was shield, raiden shogun was er, nahida is em and furina team wise hp manipulation( -team healing) in general they either a good to best applicator of their elements with their e skill.

In my opinion, it would make sense for all of these to be true. The previous two archon characters have enabled the use of their region’s first artifact sets, Nahida supporting the Dendro ones, and Furina supporting the health drain ones, so Mavuika enabling everyone to use the nightsoul artifacts is logical. Her movement ability being kinda all encompassing also makes sense, cuz then she can interact with all the world puzzles without needing extra characters or the in game supplementary mechanics, which is what also happened with Furina and Pneuma and Ousia reactions that are used for Fontaine Puzzles. And lastly, her being a sub dps off field pyro applicator makes sense, because of two things, her confirmed weapon type being Claymore, and her status as an archon. Her being Claymore matters because the Natlan craftable claymore has a passive that increases damage for doing pyro reactions, be it on or off field, and off field is the key to this analysis. And her being an archon already makes her likely to be a supportive character that usually stays off field most of the time, be it a sub dps, buffer, or both.

I would prefer Mavuika to be an off field pyro applicator to power creep Xiangling. We have got several new characters that likes off field pyro application and our possible options for this role is very limited. We got Xiangling, thoma, Xinyan, and Dehya for this role. 3 of them are 4 stars and one is a standard banner 5 star and they either have major energy issues or just dont apply much off field. This role really needs to be filled and Mavuika makes the most sense to fill it.

The problem with Natlan characters’ movement ability is that the duration drops significantly when outside of Natlan. As the pyro archon, they should give Mavuika something that can fix that.

no, she is a Natlan human. she should be the best of them, but have the same limitations. like Furina, she can make non-Natlan chars use Codex set, but the phlogiston STAYS in Natlan

@@binsarm9026 A Nataln human with full control of Phlogisten when she has her Archon powers. Remember that she doesnt have her powers right now solely because she's using it to keep the Night Kingdom stable. Once the Night Kingdom is stable at the end of the quest, she will be able to use her powers again, and thus freely use Phlogisten. So, yes, she likely will bring Phlogisten outside Natlan.

Gaming did not powercreep Diluc. And also, hardly any DPS characters have been powercrept. Powercreeping means having the same or very similar playstyle but better. Take Jiaoqiu powercreeping Guinafen in HSR (and possibly already Tingyun - Fugue powercreeping him).

@@XenoWars Gaming DID powercreep Diluc, even in the best door they offered to his playstyle (plunging with Xianyun), Gaming still overperformed him in terms of damage Arlecchino powercrept Hu Tao, Hu Tao is still usable, but in terms of pyro main dps, Arlecchino still is better In Genshin, it's about the damage output, versatility and/or maneuverability, even if the gameplay isn't THAT similar, Diluc is a pyro main dps, Gaming is a pyro main dps, both, even if their gameplays are different, they still fulfilled the same role, and with the release of xianyun, practically had the same gameplay, but still Gaming outperformed Diluc in every. single. way. So yeah, he got powercrept by a four star, main dps are easily powercrept because, in this game, it's just a matter of more damage and more easy to play, while supports can have TONS of different uses, like Zhongli, ain't nobody gonna powercreep Zhongli

This was a super super early before there was any possible data mining information (ie: just early rumors which are wrong half the time), but this leak also came AFTER the community made memes about it based on nothing but "she's wearing motorcycle leathers"... except she isn't. She's wearing a leather halter cat suit. A leather halter cat suit is totally inappropriate for motorcycle safety. Its much more like carnivale or club wear, or like the partial body suits worn by: Yelan, Eula, Dehya. Just add some zippers and some lacing and it's a motorcycle outfit now? Lol, no. "But but she has a motorcycle jacket" no she doesn't. She's wearing a Spanish bolero... a mini jacket that has almost nothing to do with riding motorcycles. This is just a snowballing internet toxic echo chamber created alternate reality that 2 leakers fed with hardly any detaiks that are coherent. She's a sub. All Archons are sub or support, Raiden included, whose normal attacks are useless, so you're always waiting for her burst CD. Fact that she does off field damage and buffs ults also suggests she's not a main DPS, which don't buff or do much, if any off field damage.
