a basic single player project would get high 90s for most modern settings but if you start taking in account multiplayer or any complex components it will go down. All his videos show are megascans assets with sounds. also key thing to note is he has wind disabled, if you recreate this with wind you won't get over 40 due to the current shader complexity problem with wind. I have landscape roughly 64 square kilometers filled with trees and foliage at 120fps no problem but once I enable wind and get close to the trees it will drop from 80(wind enabled) to 40.

Out of the entire property, one tree consistently squeaked like you hear in the video, it was halfway fallen across the creek and leaning against another tree. Didn't take much wind for the trees to rub together to make it produce some crazy sounds. Never been in a forest where every other free standing tree was a squeaker. I think there's also supposed to be some audio of -sticks and seeds hitting the ground, but it just sounds like a crackling camp fire.- Watched rest of video... the remains of a forest fire shouldn't be so audible from so far away. Audio design for this preview probably could have used a second pass.
