My personal comments on this performance: The songs by way of the melodies are very nice. But the two lead singers have poor voices and can simply not sing well. The chorus is also not well organised and they are not singing together. The voice of one of the lady singers in the choir is heads above the others and she is not really singing well. This lowers the quality of the entire production. I don't know what the sound engineer was doing. If you listen carefully, there are some mistakes too that need the song to be redone but it seems they had not paid for enough studio time and couldn't do a retake.
It is important that the technical quality of our beloved Bɔbɔbɔ songs is raised considerably. The groups should not be in a hurry to record until they can get their act together. They need help in this.
