Max is a cute and very curious little fellow. He lives with his Uncle Pong in "Rightaroundthecorner", a small village in Dogsfairyland. Children help Max as he comes to the aid of his friends. With Max they experience exciting environments which foster and encourage early learning skills.
Max and the Haunted Castle is an interactive learning game in which your task is to free the friendly ghost! Willy, the castle ghost, is trapped in the tower, and Max is his only hope. It's up to you to help Max free him. Can you find enough of Willy's favourite food to restore his ghostly powers?

I remember renting this game CD from my local library as a kid. I only had it for a week so I wanted to finish the game by then. I was so frustrated when I couldn’t find the last yellow sock before I had to return it. Now I’m 25 and I finally get to solve that mystery 😂

Played this in 2002-2004, i found the original CD, but it wont start the game on windows 8, it says that the system has to work in 32 bit system and not 64 in order to load the game... The nostalgia is strong with this one...

At the end of the video at 1:04:39 The quit/exit for this game boggles me even to this day as I had this game when I was younger. Why have the Yes and No swapped places? Yes is No and No is Yes! Seriously? That is so sneaky and deceiving and it's going to confuse those who play this game and the rest in the series for the first time! On every other sort of game unlike this series as far as I'm aware, Yes is for actually for if you want to quit and No is for if you want carry on playing! That is how they should have done for this game and the rest in the series, in addition, they should have had Max ask ''Do You Want To Stop Playing?'' to keep Yes and No the way it normally is instead of ''Do You Want To Carry On Playing?
