This song made me weep for the first time since the election. You reached right into my soul with this one.

Dude.... This should be the queer/neurodivergent national anthem the genuine emotion of otherness, loss and existentiality would hit so close to home with so many people. This isn’t just music, this is art.

i came from the spirit amv but i just want to gush about the beautiful lyricism, esp the traffic parallel, the progression of life through the song, the curry transition, everything about this song is crafted perfectly, the imagery it invokes is beautiful, the musical emotionalism, you executed your intention with this song flawlessly, i mean FLAWLESSLY in the exact literal definition of the word.

Beautiful words, beautiful imagery, it hits hard. I unfortunately couldn’t listen to it because of the voice, but the music and words were amazing

Heartbreakingly beautiful. This is everything I needed in a song and more. I've been fighting so hard to love others, stay in solidarity, and help where I can despite being disabled, severely traumatized, and neurodivergent. But sometimes, the irony of how painfully lonely it is rises up, and makes me question if maybe I'm just being overdramatic in my fierceness. This song reminded me that no, we're absolutely not the only ones who hate the current state of things. We're not dramatic for caring so much about our own species, let alone the world at large. Anyone who insists as much has something to gain from the misery of it all. Never let them gaslight you into submission, and fight like hell. Thank you so much. ✌

I need to know how!!!!!

there’s a tutorial on tiktok, which i only found after playing it a whole different way. That being said I play it in a different key w no capo and go: G#minor, F#major, G#minor, B major (and then release the high E string and strum once,) B major (again) F#major, Bmaj and F#maj That’s the intro melody thing. For the verses, it’s: G#major, E major, B major, and F# major, then repeat until intro melody parts pop up again It’s a little wonky, and hard as heck on the hand lol (bar chords amiright) but I actually like how it sounds. And I don’t have a capo, so. It does the trick 😅

I know this is probably a very "of course i did" moment, but have you considered you may be trans? "Maybe it's the parts of me I'm scared to explore My sister's underwear I won't admit that I wore Or what I saw in the mirror, the way that I fear her Maybe it's pretending like I still don't hear her" Is very big "jesus christ i may be trans but i also have a job rn so i dont think i can care" which is real, but yk, think about it. Unless you have in which case, things will be okay, i promise!

That caught my attention too. At first thought it was an usage of absurdism, but the follow-up makes a lot of sense in that context.
