Watched this interview quite a few times now! It is such a great insight, especially given that Max does not really do social media. Max is so original, endearing, likeable and down to earth. Condor is a fantastic show I’d rate it 10/10! Can I take a moment to just say, Max’s acting is absolutely top class! Cannot wait to see the second season. Great interview thank you so much for sharing this! Also going to take on Max’s suggestion and watch ‘Don’t f* with cats’. Enjoy the garden Max!

He's an amazing actor and one of my personal favorites although since he doesn't do more mainstream projects it's kind of hard to keep track of him but I love him, thanks for sharing this interview

I love Condor, such an underrated show. Reminds me of Alias and Nikita. He has a Jude Law vibe about him, he's pretty yet intelligent. I find it strange he is not been cast in bigger projects. Maybe because his father is so famous he falls in his shadow or he doesn't want to use his connections... Anyhow I'm happy someone did such a deep, interesting interview with Max.

Yes I always wonder why he is not cast in more things. But I think he does not want to play roles, just to make money, but chooses his projects wisely.

Yeah, I do too. It just came on here on Epix. I binged the episodes that were already on, then saw the last episode of S1. Then binged it with the b/f. He's the one that needs to be impressed. He loved it. I can't wait to see S2. I know it's already out and about, but it's gonna be a bit before we see it here on Epix channel.

Was not happy the way your role ended in the white Queen, but it was the truth so you had. Didn't bother with the princess sequel because you weren't in it. Excited to watch more of you. Xxz

Thank you for making and sharing this interview! The one of a high class! Very nice to hear such an intelligent conversation)) And good to know that Max is such an interesting person aside being a good actor. Totally agree about actors with normal human bodies having great touching parts))) well, agree with almost everything he said about different things. Good luck to Max in everything! And more interesting parts in movies! If they did something together with Rob Pattinson, who is also one of the most interesting persons among famous actors, that could be a mind-blowing!)

Max you are an extraordinary actor. Regardless that you have a beautiful face and a beautiful young body I just listened to this interview and you're brilliant I was hoping so you're a Class Act British man. I believe and agree with you that thinking always has good having thoughts in your head and out of your head is vitally important constantly as long as you don't create a derogatory thought process in your brain all the time it's good to think in and outside of the box. It's wonderful that you're so well-educated in the eloquent when you speak. Anyone in your life is blessed to know you I wish you the best with your future and your father is someone I have followed since I'm a kid I'm now 65 the Apple definitely doesn't fall far from the tree. And the gardening thing I agree a thousand percent I to believe that and I've done that I grew up with my mother doing that around our entire house where I grew up in Bridgewater the trees the plants the grass all the flowers were so important it is soothing is a meditation you cannot explain to anyone. Once again you are a class act all of your own on your own I did not know you were Jeremy Irons son when I watch the White Queen I look forward to watching and seeing everything I can that you I know you're also a model I believe you're married but I just watch this interview and I cannot express what an extraordinary young man you are God bless you keep you and yours and good luck with your future

If you particularly listen after 22.20, it is clear Max is a genuinely down-to-earth, humble, and self-aware introvert who minds his business while looking with amusement at the ridiculousness of his industry. He grew up on the inside but chose to kind of remain outside Hollywood in many ways (he doesn't seem to want to work often, he doesn't live in LA, his wife is not famous, he's not on social media etc.), and that choice has enabled him to see himself with clear eyes and not be developmentally stagnated as many actors become working in Hollywood. Max just strikes me as someone who chose not to pursue an A List career because he knows the game that extroverted natural networkers like Robert Pattinson, Margot Robbie, and Eddie Redmayne play is not for him. No matter their success/fame level, most actors are at their core inherently insecure, narcissistic, and delusionally ambitious (you almost have to be to remain in such a profession with extreme job scarcity), and yet Max seems to be a very, very rare exception.

I'm a movie fanatic, and it's hard for me to stay focused on tv shows. Condor is amazing. I love Max's character. He's not particularly strong, but as the show goes on, he gains his strength in letting the trivial things go... because he knows now he has to fight for himself, because no one is near to help him, or will help him. One thing though, he tired me out with all that running. By the way, nice thighs Max. I also live in Vegas, and I only usually see visitors going to have fun at the gun ranges. Since I work at the airport, our BA passengers were always proud and excited to come and go to the ranges to shoot any and everything. They'd come back to the airport with their targets ready to go home. I love seeing it. My favorite is Aliens. Since I was a kid, I've always thought things like that were out in other galaxies, patiently and consciously waiting to get to a planet with food. Like a hunter after a deer. Creepy. I never leave anything to being impossible. Those face huggers are the scariest things to me... Scarier than the Xenomorphs themselves. Not a fan of being choked while something is down my throat. Great interview. Max is a cool cat.
