EGS is my main way of pushing so he's better cuz his boost stacks and is way better slipstream is same speed but it launches oppnets basically a stun and storm coulds is the best item but it does not combo with dark blast blue tornado and slipstream give a speed combo and the closer you are to the main projectile the faster you are so blue tornado combined with slipstream is amazing it gives more value out of slipstream

Keep dreaming, attacks don't need to combo for characters to be good especially if we are talking about tc, dark blast gives better speed than slipstream. Tikal Chao chase is literally faster than EGS boosting+slipstream and you said the boost is good? I mean please.
