The end of a relationship is hard I do not care what anyone says. The healing process will put you through it, it will test you and shape you into a better person as long as you listen. Once you begin to heal life begins to feel like you are living in color rather than black and white. You look at the past and you regret the mistakes you made. You regret things you said, you regret things you did, you regret things you did not do. Time is your best friend because it takes time for you to understand what happened and what mistakes were made. The reality of the situation is that person was in your life, they had an impact on you and you had an impact on them. Embrace the pain, learn from the mistakes, once you do that you will begin to heal. From there you will gain personal growth, you will gain a broader view on life, you will begin to see life clear. "Rivers running like deep deep scars Carrying the lifeblood through my veins" meaning the process of healing has left marks but it carried life and experience.
