The way the level work is the new building has upgrades that allow you to upgrade your heros to different levels. so the highest level hero will determine the level of the new building. The level of the new building determines the level of the minion prince 👍

I think the way that the prince minion’s level on release will work is that it will be the max level for the previous hero hall level and your hero hall level will be the minimum level required for your current hero levels so if you are a high TH but haven’t upgraded your heroes then the minion prince will not be upgraded either

Nah. It is at whatever level your highest hero level is. If your highest hero level is the max, 95, then he will start at 70.
