Max Payne 3 is literally him dealing with the death of wife and kid still, the death of Mona and his alcohol and pill addiction and depression. And him trying to escape the past. And put all that stuff to the side and live his life. What do you mean this has nothing to do with max Payne and no feeling?

Well what do you want to see, more bad dreams and max getting drugs? OR do you want no more Max Payne and still not be satisfied? It's over, Max is almost ruined and his objective was to protect somebody. Plus it was made and bought by Rockstar.
