@@phootaphan9166if I recall correctly DMC4 was supposed to have another year of development but Capcom cut the game’s development time down to push it out faster, hence why everything was recycled to all hell. Capcom was going into their dark age period with all the weird decisions they were starting to make by that point.

This is a return to the orignial Ninja Gaiden on the nes. The setting/universe, first level, was exactly this. and you had monsters/out of this world boss. They did exactly that. It shows huge respect to the source material in my opinion. I am exited for this title and will make sure to buy it!

Even though Platinum Games fell off the face of the earth for a bit, I have faith in their continued fantastic quality. I'm quite happy to see another Ninja Gaiden and a collaboration with Platinum looks like it was a fantastic idea. I'm very stoked for Ninja Gaiden 4. Koei really seems to be making much better calls this year with basically all the IPs under their umbrella: Dynasty Warriors, Ninja Gaiden, Yakuza, & Atelier (for me). It's pretty wild.

Yohei Shinbora, who was the director of DOA 6 left the Tecmo and regained the job at Namco and participated in the Tekken 8 developing, but since DOA 6 went failure, many DOA fans despise him, and Tecmo is not gonna allow the collaboration of DOA/Ninja Gaiden and Tekken 8 as well, since one of the Tekken 8’s developer is like a traitor who ruined their franchise.
