Jesse Schmies I know this is a comment from a year ago, but you’re actually pretty wrong on all those examples of a port. All the games you mentioned are remasters with changed graphics or more added features like the multiple characters in Mario 64 DS or gyro aiming in Star Fox/LoZ. A port is literally making the original version of the game with no changes work on a different system. So something more like Doom 2016 in its unedited glory being playable on the Switch.

If anything takes a hit, it will be that. And whether or not 8 player smash will be a thing, since the Switch is portable.

This would been epic; If after the intro, the "Everyone is here" image fades black, slowly it starts to bright up, and you would see some bad guys base at night. (The base is big as hell.) Its raining. Its thunderstorm. There are dozens of platforms, hundreds of guards. Security cameras. Spotlights. Some defend weapons and shit. (I know you can imagine it.) Then it all zooms out. You see a black silhouette of a character from behind. The character is on his knees. Camera moves to the front of the character. He raises his head, looks at the base. Then you hear "Kept you waiting, huh?" Lightning strikes, and the light reveales Snake's face. *"31 Snake /"* banner pops out. and then Snake gets up and slowly runs out of the camera. *"EVERYONE IS HERE"*

Max, don't know if you are a fan or not, but recently Sega has announced that their Yakuza styled Fist of the North Star game that came out earlier this year for PS4 in Japan, is being released in the US and Europe on Oct 2nd as Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise.
