Unfrotunately I don't think it is available anywhere. It lives on youtube and maybe some other online locations. I've never seen a physical album from this

Hi - I don't think there are any transcriptions for the violin part, certainly nothing official. You would either need to transcribe it by ear, or pay someone to do so
